Many people are silently struggling with mental health challenges—often triggered by:

  • Chronic procrastination and guilt

Many know they’re struggling—yet few take meaningful steps to address it.

As a Productivity and High Performance Coach, I’ve worked with corporate professionals and senior leaders across various industries. And I can confidently say: this is a widespread challenge.

While some receive shiny recognition at work, they return home feeling sad, drained, or even depressed.


To cope, many turn to habits like doomscrolling on social media, excessive drinking, drug use, or other unhealthy patterns.


Sadly, these habits do more harm than good.


The good news? You can break free—and you can start today.

The biggest barrier? Denial.


The second biggest? Not pausing long enough to identify the root causes of stress.
